Robert was a great host—very responsive and quick to fix any issues that came up. The place was exactly as described, and everything matched the listing details. The highlight was definitely the view, along with the pool and deck area, which made the stay especially enjoyable. Overall a great experience and I’d happily stay here again. A 4x4 is a must and the driveway was quite the daily adventure. This is a pretty convenient spot to take some adventures North and South but watch out for traffic! It can quickly add a lot of time to any excursion. Also the fish in Tarcoles markets is amazing!

The apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 children), we rented it for a month (end of July - end of August). You have a lot of space and the apartment is well equipped. Everything you need is there and we immediately felt very comfortable and "at home". The pool is an absolute highlight, as the sea in Ja?o is more suitable for surfing than swimming. You can easily reach shops and restaurants on foot. The entire apartment complex is very well maintained and we always felt safe. Our contact person for the apartment Robert was extremely helpful, helpful and friendly. Our inquiries were answered quickly and well. Robert helped us organize the airport transfer, among other things. We were completely satisfied!
Robert house was truly one of a kind. Really provided peace, space, and security. The house is minutes from everything you need to restaurants, stores, taxi pick up and drop off. Ohh and can’t forget about the pool that friends and I enjoyed. Would highly recommend !

I have been coming to Jaco for over a decade, finally found a place that truly makes me feel right at home! Private, Safe, Amenities just all around perfect destination for a family trip or trip with friends.
Robert was a good host. He communicated instructions pre trip made getting in a breeze. He communicated well during the trip as well. We loved the setup of the 3 different units making the up the entire property. There were plenty of dishes to use and the pool was very clean and warm. The location was great, a 10 minute walk to the strip. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Robert's communication was clear and fast. Location was prime, pool was a nice touch and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Robert has been one of the most helpful hosts I've encountered. Also, the beds were pretty comfy too. If i ever came back, I would stay here again.
The house pool and views are beautiful. We lived the way the bedrooms were spread out so each family had their privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked. Short drive to Los Suenos and Jaco. Love the keyless entry. You will NEED 4 wheel drive for the driveway. Robert is outstanding!!! A very kind and sweet man who wants your stay to feel like home. If you want to go to La Tortuga, use Costa Cats. I highly do not recommend Crocodile Man Tours for La Tortuga. Los Suenos Adventure park did an excellent ATV ride and chocolate tour exceeded my expectations. Mary was the greatest!!! We moved from the US in October 2024. We live Costa Rica. Pura Vida to all. The house looked just like the pictures. Everything was clean and we had plenty of space. We had an issue with the AC and Robert was attentive and someone come fix the issue right away. It is in an amazing location that allows for an easy walk to everything. Would 100% rent again.

this place was perfect . we were in town for fishing trip 6 guys in total and it had plenty of room and the pool was a great place to hangout on the midday heat .we would definitely say hear again very secure and with location you can walk a anywhere in town within 15mins .

The apartment is beautiful and located in a very safe area, its literally meters away from the strip so there was no need for us to rent a car. Robert is an excellent host, he is always available and communicated well with my friends and I. Beautiful apartment and great host, you cant lose if you rent this property.
My family and I had an amazing time in Jaco, but what made it even feel more at home was this home. It was equipped with everything a mother of three kids would need.
